Album: i=! Album by XLOV

XLOV’s latest project, i=!, is a striking eight-track exploration of sound and atmosphere, where each track feels like a deliberate step forward. The collection begins with the hypnotic groove of "Cat Move," a track that blends fluid rhythms with a sense of quiet intensity, while "Hush" offers a more restrained, reflective mood. Collaborations with Rui & Haru on "All Tied Up" and Wumuti & Hyun on "Silence" add layers of texture, each contributing a distinct sonic identity that keeps the album dynamic. The instrumental versions of "Hush" and "Tooth Gem Chiwawa" provide a raw, stripped-down perspective, revealing the core of the production without distraction.

At the heart of i=! is "Tooth Gem Chiwawa," a standout piece that shifts between its original form and an accelerated instrumental, creating a sense of movement and contrast. The album’s structure balances energy and contemplation, with every track serving a purpose in the overall sound. XLOV’s signature style shines through in the careful crafting of each moment, making i=! a cohesive and immersive listening experience.
